1- RESERVATION CONDITIONS
To make a reservation, you must have reached legal age.
You guarantee us you are financially responsible for the payment of services contracted through us.

You may start your reservation request by e-mail, phone or fax.

To process your request, we need you to contact us no later than 72 working hours prior to your check-in date. (if you are outside of  Argentina then, you will need at least 7 working days to confirm all services and guarantee payment)

Our commitment is to contact you within the next 48/72 hours to supply relevant information, availability and prices.

Reservations SHALL ONLY BE CONFIRMED by making an advance payment and/or full payment depending on the case.

When we make a proposal, you will be informed of the accepted means of payment and particular reservation conditions for each service,  trip or event requested.

Pampas Experience cannot guarantee service availability before the reservation is confirmed.

All rates and conditions may vary without previous notice and are subject to availability.


2- MEANS OF PAYMENT
Full Payment may be made through major credit cards (might not be available in some cases); bank deposit; or cash, in US dollars at our headquarters. In some cases, certain operators require full payment in cash and, in most cases, promotions are only available through cash payment.


3- PARTICULAR CONDITIONS
Some tourist operators have specific policies and rates for some holiday periods. The company acts only as an intermediary agent for passengers. Its function lies in bringing together services provided by airlines, hotels, operators and any other independent firm, to fit our passengers' needs. 

Pampas Experience reserves the right to refuse admission to any member of any tour or Tourist Program or to cancel or change a tour or Tourist Program, if under the circumstances it is deemed necessary. Acceptance of fares, tickets and/or vouchers shall be construed as agreeing to the above-mentioned conditions.


4- CANCELLATION POLICY

If the guest needs to cancel the reservation, down payments are not refundable. There is no refund whatsoever for portions of unused programmed Tours , hotel stays, air plane tickets, etc. Please refer to our terms and conditions for proper cancellation and refunds information.


5- INSURANCE

We ably recommended that from the moment you place your booking, you supply yourself/ customer with insurance policy in your country to cover cancellation charges, luggage claim, medical expenses, accident and others. We also suggest that you secure a local travel insurance for your trip dates. Ask for our special rates.

Using our services, implies that you accept and subject yourself to all the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Reservation Conditions and Cancellation Policies. Should you not agree with these, please, refrain from using our site or services.
